Microsoft related email addresses (hotmail, outlook, etc) have had issues with delivery from our email server for quiite some time. Unfortunately, Microsoft only allow requests to service this issue between hosting providers. We have made our server hosting company aware of the issue several times. Our server host has requested Microsoft make adjustments to their settings to allow our emails through their system, but we are at the mercy of Microsoft to decide to make the changes.
All of that being said, our suggestion would be to move your email service for your domain to use either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. These services would require you to purchase a subscription. If you need it, we will be happy to help you with the setup at no cost to you.
